Description of the house

Villa Oraia has three bedrooms and is furnished in a simple rustic Greek style, offering a charming and tranquil base during your stay on this beautiful island. The layout is spacious and has an open-plan feel.

Living area: there is a large living room with TV (English channels), DVD player and wifi. The wood burning stove provides extra heat in the winter. From the living room, a large stone arch leads through to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric oven with a ceramic hob and fridge freezer. There are large doors from the kitchen and dining area that open onto a sunny seating area and garden. To the rear there is a further door to a shady courtyard with a table and chairs, perfect for a leisurely breakfast.

Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms (two double and one twin) has been simply and thoughtfully decorated in keeping with the traditional feel of the rest of the house. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, which share a shower room. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a super king-sized bed. There is further double bedroom with a king-sized bed and a pretty small private balcony. There is also a utility area with a washing machine and access to a large roof terrace that wraps around the rear of the building. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom and shower.

Garden: The Mediterranean garden is sunny and secluded and has a lovely private swimming pool (5m x 3m). There is a shady courtyard with a further seating area to the rear of the house. There is also a large roof terrace with views over the White Mountains and a glimpse of the sea.

Parking: There is s small parking area at the house and also parking on the road outside the house on a quiet village road.
